Shipping policy

***Please Read!***
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Orders will be processed within 1-14 business days on all orders, however they are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Current processing times will be updated in the banner at the top of the site.

All of our products are *MADE TO ORDER*! This means when you place an order, we make your product *after* your order is placed, to ensure every product is fresh and at it's highest quality. Sometimes, we have a high volume of orders in and it takes longer than expected to pack out orders. Just know your patience is ALWAYS appreciated. (Pssssst...we compensate with extra goodies!)
SHIPPING:

+For delicate products prone to melting, like our body butters, we take the extra measures of including insulated wrap and ice packs to prevent melting. Please bring these items inside as soon as possible. 

Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days on domestic orders, and 3-10 business days on international orders, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please be patient with your local postal service.

Actual delivery time will depend on the courier service. Once the package is scanned by the courier, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

+We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your package was lost in route to you, please contact your local UPS. 
+If your package is damaged by UPS please contact us, and your local UPS to discuss the insurance on your package.
+If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you are responsible for paying for shipping again.
+ Why does my tracking info say "UPS awaiting shipment"? - This means your order is still in pre-shipment, please allow up to 5 business days for tracking info to update (this will still be within the 1-14 business day processing period)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any duty, customs and import taxes that may apply. You may be required to pay this depending on your country's requirements (international orders). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
SUMMER SHIPPING:
We are not responsible for melted product(s).  No refunds or reshipments will be sent for this reason. We take various measures, like insulated wrap and ice packs, to prevent melting. If your product reaches you melted, please place it in the refrigerator to solidify and it may be used as is. This will not effect the quality of the product.

DELAYS DUE TO PANDEMIC:
With the global pandemic, shipping times may be delayed. If you provided your email during check out, you will be sent a tracking number and also updated on the status changes of your order. Please be patient during this time and continue to stay safe!
